Supporting Community systems

APMG has has provided ongoing technical assistance for civil society organizations and key population networks, supporting them to approach their work with enhance strategy and vision to achieve better outcomes for the populations they serve. We provide services to organizations to examine and define how they create change (e.g. building Theories of Change), to map multi-year organizational strategic and action plans, and to develop monitoring and evaluation for learning (MEL) frameworks that capture the work that they do without drowning them in data collection exercises.

We also help larger clients, such as UNAIDS, to design tools that empower communities to share their stories - such as our contributions to the PLHIV Stigma Index 2.0 implementation tools, and the revision of the #UPROOT Youth Scorecard.
