We believe that by strengthening community-based responses aimed at serving those most impacted by HIV, TB and other infectious diseases, countries will more rapidly achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. We focus on working with governments and communities to reduce the significant barriers that people experience in accessing the full range of health services they need. We do this using a rights-based approach and work on health system architecture, range and quality, and assure that community voices are included in every step of design, implementation and monitoring.

We collaborate with robust groups of stakeholders to drive improvements in public health policy and practice. We mainstream gender, human rights, and sustainability in everything we do. We bring these principles to every facet of our work, regardless of where we do it, from our operation of our office in Washington, DC, to our work in the field.

With a staff and consultant network spanning over 45 countries, we have a modern, responsive approach that facilitates work across time zones and aptly leverages both time and human resources. We have significant experience in managing multiple concurrent evaluations and technical support field visits in multiple languages with a lean, agile management team.

Our research and solutions are informed by local and international experts in all relevant disciplines.
