Baseline Assessments of human rights-related barriers to services for the people most affected by HIV, TB and malaria in 6 countries. This is part of a 20-country Global Fund initiative.

We have conducted these assessments in the Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Tunisia, Sierra Leone, Cote d'Ivoire and the Philippines. The assessments include an analysis of the context of rights-related barriers, a summary of previous initiatives and investmens and a costed 5-year comprehensive plan for action.

These assessments will be used to assist countries to develop a 5-year strategy.
